Autumn has arrived! Take a day to breathe in the breeze and cut down invasive trees- this September, East Lansing’s Environmental Stewardship Program will tackle invasive buckthorn in our parks!
Our event is Sunday, September 20th. The volunteer day will be from 10 a.m. – noon at Albert A. White Park. We’ll meet near the parking lot and pavilion off Lake Lansing, with overflow parking across the street. Please wear clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty and dress for the weather. We will provide tools and snacks!
