Eastminster Child Development Center

Who We Are

Eastminster Child Development Center strives to provide high quality early childhood education and care to the children and families of the greater East Lansing community. As early childhood educators, administrators, and advocates, we believe we play a critical role in developing a strong foundation of celebration and acceptance of individual differences.

As a nonprofit, ECDC is run by a voluntary board of directors made up of staff, parents, and community representatives. Our programs and curriculum are designed to provide children with a variety of individual and group experiences aimed at developing children’s independence, creativity, and positive self-esteem.

Eastminster believes that diversity makes a richer program and encourages acceptance of individual differences. We actively include all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, special need, ethnic background, national origin, sexual orientation or age.
