Who We Are
The founder, Tiffany has been investing in youth for the past thirteen years. She graduated with her Masters from the University of Florida in 2013. After teaching for six years at the college, high-school and middle-school level, Tiffany was asked to serve as director for an after-school program serving low-income elementary-aged children struggling in reading proficiency. After moving to the Lansing area, Tiffany saw similar disparities. She set out to cover areas of need.
Ronda Levra, office assistant/tutor, has been involved with The Well Education Center for over a year. Ronda is a graduate of Michigan State University and has been working with youth since 2009. She developed and facilitated the RAMS Tutoring Program in Holt, MI, successfully rallying community support for the program. Prior to that, Ronda served as an educator in the Holt Public School District and was the Special Programs Director at Edgewood Village. Ronda loves the Lord and is honored to work alongside the team to bring the Gospel to children.
