The OTCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Lansing's historic Old Town through socioeconomic development, historic preservation, business recruitment, and community outreach. Our goal is to maintain a vibrant business community by providing services and opportunities that foster economic growth and community engagement.
