Position Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and respectful manner, providing assistance and information about available food and clothing items.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to sort, organize, and stock items, maintaining an orderly and well-presented space.
- Packing of food boxes for clients based on their needs.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of client visits and the distribution of food items.
- Help maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, tracking expiration dates, and managing replenishments.
- Maintain a clean and safe pantry environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to pantry operations.
