Community Tree Planting at Attwood Park in Lansing, Saturday, Sept. 27

Volunteers will be planting trees at Attwood Park under the leadership of City of Lansing Forestry Director, Irene Cahill and Michigan Interfaith Power and Light.  This is phase II of the tree planting process we began in April.  You can register for the event by accessing this https://form.jotform.com/mblyon1/attwoodpark-tree-planting  Volunteers can email Marc Lyon at mblyon1@gmail.com if you have any questions. Participants are encouraged to wear closed toe shoes which are water and mud-proof.  If possible, please bring your own shovels, hats, snacks and water (extra shovels, rakes,etc. will be available on site). Light snacks and water will be available as needed.
